New Club Member, Tom McLaren, is riding the London Duathlon, Richmond Park:  9k Run - 20k Cycle - 5k Run on 14th September and the Great North Run, Newcastle: half marathon on 5th October in aid of The Children's Society.

Pat Hayes has recently ridden in The Marmotte, France, taking in the Galibier and L'Alpe d'Huez. His time for this amazing achievement was 8 hours 26 minutes which was a good enough time for GOLD for a 25-year-old, let alone a 40-something!!
